Domus partnered with the City of Pittsburg to develop this newly envisioned entrance to the Downtown which will provide subsidized as well as market rate units.  It will also be home to the Housing Authority and a restaurant.

 
   

 
 
 
 

Domus Development, LLC (San Francisco, CA)
   
  Domus was founded in 2003 with the goal of developing quality affordable market rate and low income tax credit qualifying residential properties.  The operating principal of the firm, Meea Kang, has extensive experience in developing these types of projects.  Domus develops throughout California and operates out of San Francisco and Irvine, California.

 

 

New Pueblo, LLC and Terra Partners, LLC (Sebastopol, CA)
   
  New Pueblo and Terra Partners were formed in 2005 with the goal of developing affordable and market rate residential and mixed-use developments in the North Bay (Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, and Lake) and the Sacramento Valley.  Scott Johnson, the President of New Pueblo and Terra Partners, has over 20 years of experience in developing residential for-sale and rental properties throughout the region.  New Pueblo is currently working on a 53 unit single family for-sale development in Sonoma county, and Terra Partners is working on a number of development initiatives in the Sonoma, Lake, and Sacramento Valley county regions.

 

 

Lander Community Development, LLC (Port Ludlow, WA)
   
  Lander was formed in 2005 with the goal of developing residential for-sale and affordable rental properties (which qualify for the low income housing tax credit) in the Olympic peninsula in the state of Washington.  Rick Lander, the President of Lander, has over 20 years of experience in developing and general contracting in the state of Washington.  Lander is currently developing a 50 unit for-sale cottage development in the city of Port Townsend and a 150 unit affordable rental development in the city of Poulsbo, Washington.
