Scott Johnson, the President of
New Pueblo and Terra Partners, has over 20 years of
experience in developing
residential for-sale and rental
properties throughout the
region. New Pueblo is
currently working on a 53 unit
single family for-sale
development in Sonoma county,
and Terra Partners is working on
a number of development
initiatives in the Sonoma, Lake,
and Sacramento Valley county

(which qualify for the low
income housing tax credit) in
the Olympic peninsula in the
state of Washington. Rick
Lander, the President of Lander,
has over 20 years of experience
in developing and general
contracting in the state of
Washington. Lander is
currently developing a 50 unit
for-sale cottage development in
the city of Port Townsend and a
150 unit affordable rental
development in the city of
Poulsbo, Washington. |
