we formed a joint venture and began
marketing this business under the
Alliant Capital, Ltd. name.
Affordable housing continues to be
our primary focus. We
syndicate both Section 42 (LIHTC)
and Section 47 (Historic) tax credit
transactions.
Our
business strategy and success is
based upon building and maintaining
long term client relationships with both
developers and our
institutional investors. We
believe that a high level of service
from our closing and asset
management divisions is important to
ensure repeat business.
